Tribune Saxophone Octet

Martin is a founder member of the acclaimed Adelphi Saxophone Quartet. Formed in 1990 at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, they are one of only a few ensembles to have graduated from the college with Distinction in Professional Performance.

Major awards include The John Tunnell Trust, Park Lane Group’s Young Artists Series and finalists in the Royal Overseas League Competition. The quartet have also been invited to perform at the British Saxophone Congress, World Saxophone Congress (Minneapolis and Montreal), New England Saxophone Symposium (Boston) and the Spitalfields Festival in London.

In 1998 the ASQ released their debut album with EMI - “Simply Four Saxophones” which to date has sold over 9,000 copies worldwide.
