Martin has nearly 20 years teaching experience across a wide variety of instruments, including orchestral and ensemble coaching.
With the highly acclaimed Adelphi Saxophone Quartet, Martin has given many masterclasses and workshops, including the University of Massachusetts in Boston, and closer to home at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Martin has also acted as visiting woodwind coach for Stockport Youth Orchestra.
Martin is currently Saxophone teacher and Saxophone Ensemble coach at North London Collegiate School in Stanmore and Woodwind teacher at St Bernard’s Catholic School in High Wycombe. Previous posts include cover teaching for the Royal Northern College of Music Junior department (Clarinet) the University of Warwick (Saxophone) Wellingborough School (Saxophone) Withington Girls School in Manchester for ten years and The King's School in Macclesfield for six years including conducting the Junior and Senior Wind Orchestra.
